Cancellations & Appointments
If the Client cancels the order before its completion, the Client shall be responsible for the cost of any proofs, artwork, materials re-stocking and work performed until cancellation notice is received in writing. In addition, Wrapstar Pro reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation charge in addition to the actual charges to cover un-billed internal costs including scheduling, client communications and resources utilized. Production schedules will be established and adhered to by both you and us, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty or additional cost due to delays caused by a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, labor trouble or strike, accident, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delay in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, acts of God or other caused beyond your control or ours. Where production schedules are not adhered to by you, final delivery date or dates will be adjusted accordingly. In the event you miss an installation appointment without providing us a 24-hour notice, a charge of $60.00 will be added to your bill.


Payment Terms
Payment is due when invoices are received unless credit terms have been extended in writing by an authorized representative of Wrapstar Pro. After 30 days, unpaid invoices are “Past Due” and all present and future jobs may be put on hold until the old balance is paid. Balances unpaid after 60 days will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Expenses incidental to collection including; court costs, fees, expenses and reasonable attorney(s) fees will also be charged to any account placed with our collection service. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

A 50% deposit is required at time of order. The remaining balance is Due Before the Jobs leaves our building.


Estimates are “good faith estimates” based on job specification information provided by the client and current material costs. Pricing and schedule are subject to change upon receipt of artwork and approval of estimate. Pricing is good for 15 days from the date of the quote and DOES NOT INCLUDE packaging or shipping charges unless specified. Wrapstar Pro requires a 50% deposit upon approval of estimate and 50% upon delivery based on agreed terms unless otherwise negotiated up-front in writing. The Client order is subject to applicable state and local taxes unless we have a Sales Tax Exemption form completely filled out denoting that said corporation is exempt from sales tax. Appropriate taxes will be applied to outstanding invoices until we receive this document. Changes requested by the client will be billed additionally and accordingly. Wrapstar Pro agrees to notify the client of any price changes.


Wrap Installation
Wrapstar Pro only guarantees final prints that are designed and set up by Wrapstar Pro. Wrapstar Pro reserves the right to VOID the warranty on any same day print and install jobs or any Rush Jobs. Wrapstar Pro disclaims all warranties on buses, planes, trains, RVs, custom vehicles and vehicles with OEM paint that is more 6 years old. We also claim no responsibility of damage that occurs due to paint jobs that have taken place within 3 days of scheduled wrap production, aftermarket, or NON OEM paint jobs. A Wrap is NOT paint. There may be extreme curves, deep channels and moldings on the vehicle that the vinyl will not be able to conform to. In some small areas you will see evidence of the original color of the vehicle. These may be small areas such as around door handles and the edges of the lights on the vehicles. We cannot be responsible for damage to paint work when the vinyl is removed, and would not advise application on a re-sprayed surface, or poor quality/rusted paint work. 
Customer supplied wraps & graphics- Wrapstar Pro is not liable for any damages caused from installation or stand behind the material for any unknown circumstances for example, bubbles, material lifting, material ghosting etc.  Wrapstar Pro can not warranty the material.


You are responsible for cleaning you vehicle with soap and water 12 hours prior to installation of graphics. An additional fee will be applied if vehicle is not washed. We are not responsible for items that are contained within the vehicle. You are responsible for removing anything that is valuable from your vehicle prior to installation or drop-off. Wrapstar Pro will, at the customers written request, perform all pre-installation cleaning for an additional fee. Fees for this cleaning will vary based on type of vehicle. Wrapstar Pro will not be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle when performing the requested cleaning. 
Wrapstar Pro prefers to use our facility for installation. If client elects to have installation performed at their location, Wrapstar Pro will not be held liable for any issues related to improper install conditions such as temperature or dust. 


Wrapstar Pro provides no warranty for the installation of any graphics not provided personally by Wrapstar Pro. If Customer provides graphics printed or designed by an outside company, Customer shall not hold Wrapstar Pro responsible for any warranty issues for products or installation. We make no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of your submitted files. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may result from delays in shipping or production. Any of the above limitations which do not apply to your state’s jurisdictions, in part or in whole does not void this document. Wrapstar Pro offers a 6 month warranty on all commerical wraps. There are No Warranties on mail order requests, race car wraps, out of state requests and jobs that are 100 miles outside of WrapStar Pro's facility. The wrap warranty will depend solely upon the customer’s care of the vehicle and the outdoor/geographic conditions. We recommend hand washing only. Avoid high pressure, power washing and be careful never to use an ice scraper on window graphics. Also avoid harsh chemicals of any kind as they can deteriorate the laminate on the vinyl adhesive. Failure to follow those guides will void the warranty.


There are no refunds on completed custom orders. Pre-production cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. The amount will be calculated and subtracted from the upfront payment. We will refund any amount that remains. Should our costs exceed that amount, you are still obligated to make payment in full. If the client has a concern with the job, the Client must contact WrapStar Pro in writing before proceeding with any charge backs or credit returns. WrapStar Pro will be given the opportunity to correct and resolve any disputes within 30 days by fixing the disputed project. Since all jobs are custom products, WrapStar Pro must be given the opportunity to reprint or reinstall any job, before the client issues any credit card charge backs or returns. In the event that the client issues a credit card charge back, or alleges he/she does not authorize the credit card transaction, the credit card company will issue an inquiry. When the credit company investigates the claim and if the credit card company’s decision is made in favor of WrapStar Pro, the client will be held liable for all legal fees or fees associated with the dispute process.


If the Client’s design charges exceed the determined file set-up rate included in price of project, charges will be based on a rate of $65/hour with a $65 minimum and billed in 15 minute increments after the minimum is met. The Client will be notified of this charge prior to work being started and we require Client authorization before proceeding. If Wrapstar Pro is creating original artwork, design will be billed at a rate of $65/hour. Color matching charges are $100 per hour. Due to the nature of both screen and digital printing, we cannot match PMS colors exactly and give no guarantees to precise color matches. Final Approved designs will become the property of the client once the job is completed and paid for. All other designs, and materials used to create the design will remain the property of Wrapstar Pro. Wrapstar Pro reserves the right to showcase photos or designs, in a portfolio for future and current clients to see examples of production or artwork. Wrapstar Pro will not be held responsible for any design layouts provided by the client. All provided art must come ready to print. There will be a design fee for any changes made to client supplied art or layout. Design fee is $65.00 per hour.


Proofs & Color Samples
Due to the fact that a two dimensional print is being applied to a three dimensional vehicle, and due to minor variances in the accuracy of the templates, the positioning of a vehicle wrap can vary from the proof by several centimetres throughout the entire length of a vehicle wrap. This is normal and wraps need to be designed with this in mind. The artwork proof provided is for visual purposes only and is used to give clients a general perspective of the graphic concept. Due to the limitations and the sensitivity of the various substrates, it is impossible to reproduce all colours accurately. Therefore, unless otherwise specified Wrapstar Pro will determine the most accurate colour sample, reproduction will be at our discretion. A colour proof will be provided to the client upon request. Wrapstar Pro makes no guarantee that the color you see on your laptop, phone, or PC will match that ACTUAL PRINTED color. For an additional fee, Wrapstar Pro will print off color proofs for the customer to review and approve. All approvals must be returned on Wrapstar Pro’s designated Proof form, in writing, and returned to us marked “O.K.” or “Revised Proof Required” signed by you. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT VERBAL APPROVALS.

It is your responsibility to carefully study the proofs for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations, before authorizing work to begin. Your signature or that of your authorized representative is required on all artwork prior to release for print or production. You are responsible for all costs incurred due to any design changes after the proof has been approved and signed. Changes may include, but are not limited to replacement of materials already printed and/or cut out, labor, ink, cleaning agents, tools and supplied used. We are not liable for errors or omissions. Wrapstar Pro will gladly re-image any job that has problems due to an error on the part of Wrapstar Pro. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE software limitations or improper set-up of a job by the client. Wrapstar Pro will not be held responsible for errors in work after final client Approval or neglect of final approval. You declare that you hold the legal copyright and/or trademark permissions for any text, images and/or data supplied to us, and that you have the legal right to produce or reproduce all printed materials ordered from us. Wrapstar Pro is in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assumes that the Client has obtained permission before the work is submitted.
